Southeastern Freight Lines – Valdosta, GA

In December 2020, D.F. Chase completed this terminal dock expansion which includes the addition of a 21,752 square foot  open dock with 50 doors, a high storage appointment warehouse, and renovations to the existing 9,000 square foot office and bunkhouse areas. The expansion also includes the addition of a sprinkler system to the new and existing docks and 2,791 square foot appointment warehouse area, complete with an onsite 500,000 gallon fire water tank and pump. Site improvements include the clearing, demolition, grading and paving of their 18-acre site to allow for a second site entrance, added trailer parking, employee parking, and access controls.
