KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary

D.F. Chase served as CM @ Risk for the new KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary School in Antioch, Tennessee. The 49,000 square foot facility is on a 22-acre site that will eventually be a full campus for a middle and high school. The school consists of a two-story building with classrooms, administrative space, a lunch room with a warming kitchen, and a full gym with basketball courts and bleachers. The façade of the building consists of a steel structure with insulated metal panels and aluminum storefronts. There is a loop road with parking spaces, landscaping, sidewalks, bus drop-offs and bio and retention ponds.
