This design-build project for The Rawlings Foundation in LaGrange, Kentucky consists of the renovation of two existing structures and new construction for one building. One existing building is to be renovated into a LaGrange Visitor Center, and the other structure is to be converted into a public venue for community use. The new building will be constructed as an overflow to the renovated community building, and will have similar architectural features. Also, a courtyard and enhanced landscape to support functions held in the buildings will be created. The CityPlace project was constructed as a rejuvenation project for the City of LaGrange.
