CityPlace, A Rawlings Foundation Project
LaGrange, Kentucky
This design-build project for The Rawlings Foundation in LaGrange, Kentucky consisted of the renovation of two existing structures and new construction for one building. One existing building was renovated into a LaGrange Visitor Center, and the other structure was converted into a public venue for community use. The new building was constructed as an overflow to the renovated community building, and has similar architectural features. Also, a courtyard and enhanced landscape to support functions held in the buildings was created. The CityPlace project was constructed as a rejuvenation project for the City of LaGrange.
