D.F. Chase was selected as the contractor to convert a nine-story office building into a 144-room destination hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The value of the project is over $20 million. The existing structure is concrete pan-joist construction. The addition is structural steel, and includes a rooftop amenity level with street-level restaurant and bar access to the historic Printer’s Alley.
