Old Dominion Freight Line – Wallkill, NY

This design-build project for Old Dominion Freight Line in Wallkill, New York consists of a new 25,320 square foot office/cross dock facility. The construction includes a new office and a 87-door dock facility. The building is completed of concrete tilt wall construction and structural steel along with over 35,000 square yards of asphalt paving for truck yard and employee parking. The shop building consists of 15,500 square feet of precast concrete and structural steel building. The shop includes ten maintenance bays, two fuel bays, and one wash bay with associated piping. The total duration of the project consisted of eight months. This project is located inside the jurisdiction of the Town of Wallkill and will help Old Dominion Freight Line further service for clients in operations in the New York area. This project was completed as scheduled while enduring the winter conditions of Wallkill, New York.
