D.F. Chase, Inc. constructed a 12,587 square foot two-story office space with lower level basement for the Tennessee Association of Realtors. The building takes into account many “green building” concepts to include geothermal heating and cooling, low VOC interior finishes, porous concrete, and bio-retention areas for water quality. Unique features of the building include galvanized millennium siding and utility size arriscraft brick. D.F. Chase, Inc. constructed the building with all provisions necessary to add an additional third floor for future use.
