Smith Seckman Reid Corporate Office

D.F. Chase, Inc. was selected to construct the new corporate headquarters for Smith Seckman Reid, a full-service engineering firm ranked 19th nationally among all engineering firms. This 45,000 square foot facility features an open floor plan with perimeter offices and an exposed, painted ceiling creating a “high tech” environment. Chase completed an 11,852 square foot office addition of the facility. Interior renovation of this existing office space was also completed by Chase at a later date.
