SAIA Terminal – Memphis, TN

This project consists of a 60-acre site with a 200-door cross dock, 10,000 square foot, two-story office, and a nine-bay 24,000 square foot maintenance shop with a truck wash bay, lube system, and compressed air system. There is parking for over 300 employees and over 700 trailers.  Also located on the site is a 40,000 gallon diesel fueling station and truck scale. The entire site is paved in concrete and is set up for a 130-door dock addition.  The entire site is powered by a back-up diesel generator.  To help with noise mitigation, a 19 foot tall sound wall was installed along the adjacent residential property.
