Lake Havasu Regional Physicians Plaza – Lake Havasu, AZ

D.F. Chase completed this two-story, 38,004 square foot medical office building with four finished-out doctor offices totaling 7,446 square feet. The building was designed by a local architect to complement the southwestern architecture of the city. The second floor suites are accessed by an open walkway which provides a covered walkway for the first level. The parking lot was integrated with the existing Havasu Regional Medical Center lot. The project was completed in eight months.
