The Estes Express truck terminal in Knoxville is a design-build project that includes a 142-dock door truck terminal and a separate four-bay truck shop. The site has parking for approximately 300 trailers, 100 tractors, and 150 employees. The extensive site work for the project includes retaining walls, rock excavation, aggregate piers, wetlands protection, and an extensive storm water quality system.
