Southeastern Freight Lines – North Atlanta, GA

This project includes a parking lot expansion, existing and future utility and storm infrastructure, demolition of existing shop, and a new 30,000 square foot shop.  The parking lot expansion was Phase 1 and  included grading and expansion to provide parking area for tractors and trailers.  The work also included the aligning and enlargement of the storm water detention basin.  The maintenance shop was Phase 2 and included 12 tractor bays, 3 trailer bays,  4 fuel lanes and a wash bay.  Phase 3 included demolition of the existing shop and remediation of pavement.  Future phase is a 100-door dock addition of which all utilities and lead-in work has been completed.  All work on this project was coordinated while the existing facility stayed in operation throughout the project duration.
