SoundWaves Water Park at Gaylord Opryland Resort
Nashville, Tennessee
D.F. Chase recently completed a $90 million water park at Gaylord Opryland Resort for Ryman Hospitality Properties. The SoundWaves project includes 111,000 square feet of upscale indoor water attractions and activities over three levels, and another 106,000 square feet of outdoor water amenities. The indoor attractions are enclosed under a soaring atrium and surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. The lower level of the indoor section of the attraction includes a rapid river, lazy river, an activity lagoon with rock climbing and pool basketball, and waterfalls. Also included inside are a sun deck, restaurant, and an adult-only level with a pool. Outdoors, guests will experience a wave pool surrounded by cabanas and a movie screen.
