Old Dominion Freight Line – Jonesboro, AR

This design-build project for Old Dominion Freight Line in Jonesboro, Arkansas consists of a new 24,947 square foot office/cross dock facility. The cross dock portion of the project consists of 44 dock doors plus a ramp. The building is completed of concrete tilt wall construction and structural steel along with a 15-acre site including concrete paving for truck yard and asphalt paving at the employee parking. The site had extreme soil conditions so aggregate piers were installed. The total duration of the project was six months.
