Built on a ten-acre site in Jackson, Tennessee, the Kenworth of Tennessee sales, service and parts facility is one of the most modern of its kind anywhere in the Unites States. The two-story facility encompasses more than 27,000 square feet, including a 10,000 square foot state- of-the-art service bay, a 3,600 square foot wash bay, 6,000 square feet of parts storage, 3,200 square feet of sales and office space, and a 4.3 acre paved area. In addition to this facility, D.F. Chase has also managed the construction of Kenworth of Tennessee’s offices in Nashville. The building at Elm Hill Pike and Spence Lane covers three stories and 30,000 square feet. It is home to Kenworth’s sales headquarters, training facilities and accounting offices.
