Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites

D.F. Chase, Inc. was selected to build the new Holiday Inn in downtown Nashville adjacent to the Music City Center. The hotel rises 15 stories and includes 230 guestrooms. This hotel includes amenities at the bottom floors including a signature restaurant and a pool, bar, and conference rooms on upper floors. The project includes subgrade and above-grade concrete structure parking for 150 cars. The exterior cladding of the hotel is composite metal panels with window wall.
