High Rise Dormitory at Lipscomb University

D.F. Chase, Inc. was chosen to renovate the nine-story high-rise dormitory on Lipscomb University’s campus. During the summer break, Chase changed out all mechanical systems and all finishes, as well as make the dormitory code-compliant. The project also included adding a sprinkler system and renovating core bathrooms.
