Gaylord Texan Resort Expansion

The Gaylord Texan Expansion is the newest development at the sprawling Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.  At over 347,000 square feet, this expansion project added 303 luxury guestrooms and suites, and 150,000 square feet of new meeting rooms and ballroom space. Situated between the existing hotel entry and parking garage, the project posed logistical challenges that required thoughtful planning,  constant coordination with the property management, and effective execution to make the project a success for all stakeholders.
