Nashville, Tennessee A coffee and pastry shop, The Cocoa Bean was built by D.F. Chase after the historic Nashville flood.  It is a “one-stop daily wake-up call.”  It consists of 2,000 square feet of service line and sit-down area off of the main lobby at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Nashville, Tennessee Wasabi’s Sushi area was completely destroyed during the historic Nashville flood.  D.F. Chase reprogrammed the space and built a new sushi bar in the Cascades Atrium at Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Nashville, Tennessee This popular bar was previously the revolving bar at Gaylord  Opryland Hotel.  D.F. Chase completely demolished the existing area, built a bridge over to the bar area, and constructed a 10,000 square foot bar and lounge area in the center of the Cascades Atrium.  

Nashville, Tennessee This new “hip” wine bar is located in the Garden Conservatory of the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee.  A private dining area is attached that can be serviced from the main kitchen located close by.
