Ravello at Gaylord Opryland Resort

After the historic Nashville flood, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel decided to totally gut and reconstruct this existing restaurant and kitchen.  Consisting of southern Italian cuisine, Ravello will take you on a culinary journey to Italy.  D.F. Chase’s work to the 10,000 square foot kitchen and restaurant was completed in five months.
