D.F. Chase was founded on December 16, 1986, by Dean F. Chase. He earned a reputation as an expert in quality construction managing high-profile projects in Nashville.

In 2022, the company became 100% Employee Owned. Now our valued team members know what it means to be a beneficial owner. During this same period, D.F. Chase, Inc. was renamed to better reflect our current structure from D.F. Chase, Inc to Chase Construction Group.  Together, we are invested in the collective success of our clients and each other. Our pride of ownership is evident in every project we complete and further differentiates Chase Construction Group as a true partner to our clients.
