Nashville, Tennessee Before the historic Nashville flood, this area was the old Jack Daniel’s Saloon. D.F. Chase completely demolished the area and built an authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant. Solario is a 15,000 square foot restaurant located in the Garden Conservatory of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

Consisting of southern Italian cuisine, Ravello will take you on a culinary journey to Italy. D.F. Chase’s work to the 10,000 square foot kitchen and restaurant was completed in five months.

Nashville, Tennessee This popular bar was previously the revolving bar at Gaylord Opryland Hotel. D.F. Chase completely demolished the existing area, built a bridge over to the bar area, and constructed a 10,000 square foot bar and lounge area in the center of the Cascades Atrium.
