High Rise Dormitory at Lipscomb University
Nashville, Tennessee D.F. Chase, Inc. was chosen to renovate the nine-story high-rise dormitory on Lipscomb University’s campus. During the summer break, Chase changed out all mechanical systems and all finishes, as well as make the dormitory code-compliant. The project also included adding a sprinkler system and renovating core bathrooms.

Nashville, Tennessee This 46,000 square foot addition and renovation included a new auditorium, entry vestibule, and classrooms. The renovation included a complete rework of the existing finishes, including complete electrical and HVAC systems, as well as installation of fire protection sprinklers. The entire facility, including the daycare, remained open during construction.
