Valor Collegiate Academy

This project is the first expansion of the newly-chartered Valor Collegiate Academy. The project consists of a 19,363 square foot, one-story building addition to the existing school.  The building is clad in insulated metal panels which provided a cost and energy-efficient skin to the building which allowed construction to happen at a rapid pace.  The two major challenges on this project were time and space, both of which the school had very little of.  The expansion used up almost all of the usable flat space on their property so staging construction materials as well as keeping the existing school operational were unique challenges.
