This sports bar is a two-story building that has approximately 14,500 square feet of conditioned floor space and approximately 2,750 square feet of unconditioned floor space. The structure consists of a structural steel frame with a gabled structural steel roof frame. It has a shallow concrete foundation, concrete slab-on-grade, and elevated concrete slab on metal deck at the second level. The roofing system is red clay tile to match the existing architecture. The building skin consists of metal stud framing with an exterior finish of EIFS. There are multiple storefront and Nanawall systems for entry. Interior finishes match Gaylord’s standards in terms of quality. The design incorporates two hydraulic elevator systems. There are four total restrooms with three fixtures each. The HVAC system utilizes the existing building chiller system with one added air handler to condition the space. The structure is completely sprinkled. The primary electrical service is derived from existing building power. Electrical fixtures and devices were selected to meet requirements for intended use of the building. The split main screen is 40′ x 20′ tall with an additional 90 TV’s placed throughout the space.
