This project Includes demolition of an existing tobacco processing facility and erection of a new 47,494 square foot structural steel facility to house current operation and allow for expansion and technology advancements for R.C. Owen Redry Facility. Work includes complete weather protection of all existing systems and machinery to allow owner to save the expense of removing all systems during construction. Includes a new two-story office area, and installation of a new Mack tract system for redrying tobacco process. Work took place after processing activities were completed in April 2011 and will be back up and running for processing of current tobacco crop without any downtime in the owner's current operation.
