Nashville, Tennessee D.F. Chase was hired to renovate the Radisson Hotel at Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee.  Renovation consisted of total gut and rehab of 303 rooms and suites, lobby, interior corridors, common areas, interior pool, new exterior windows, new paint and carpet throughout.  The existing hotel restaurant was renovated and re-opened as the Opry Backstage Grill.

Nashville, Tennessee D.F. Chase, Inc. completed the new Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville adjacent to the Music City Center.  The hotel rises 27 stories and includes 452 guestrooms.  The Westin Nashville includes a rooftop bar, lounge and pool, plus two other ground floor bar/restaurants.
